Refund Policy

Third Eye Creative strives to provide high-quality website, branding, and digital marketing services. In the event that a client is dissatisfied with the services rendered, refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
- The client must submit a written refund request within [10] days of the service delivery.
- Refund requests will be assessed based on the validity of claims related to service quality or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following circumstances are generally not eligible for refunds:

- Third-party costs and expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
3. Refund Process

If there are any issues or concerns with the services provided, Third Eye Creative should be notified promptly. Third Eye Creative reserves the right to remedy any issues and, if necessary, provide partial refunds or credits at its discretion.
6. Governing Law
This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this refund policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bangalore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
Third Eye Creative reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
